Rexburg Police ask for help in solving theft case

REXBURG — The Rexburg Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a man who may have committed several thefts at Brigham Young University-Idaho.
The thefts occurred around Jan. 14, according to Rexburg Police Chief Shane Turman. Surveillance cameras captured the potential suspect, who may be a BYU-Idaho student, around the time and location of the alleged crimes.
“We hope the public can help us find this person and help us solve this crime,” Turman tells EastIdahoNews.com.
