UPDATE: Highway 32 is back open

IDAHO FALLS – ID 32 has been re-opened as of 8:58 a.m.
PREVIOUS STORY:
IDAHO FALLS – Multiple roads are closed this morning, due to blowing and drifting snow.
ID 32 from Tetonia to Ashton, a 30-mile stretch from milepost 0 to milepost 28, along with ID 34 between Blackfoot River Road and The Wyoming State Line is closed.
US Highway 20 between Carey and Arco is also closed.
Idaho Transportation Dept. does not indicate when these roads will re-open.
Meanwhile, Madison County Sheriff’s Office is reporting ID Highway 33 from Newdale to Tetonia was reopened around 1 a.m. Saturday. It was shut down around 5 p.m. Friday for hazardous driving conditions.
The National Weather Service is forecasting mild weather conditions for most of the snake river plain this weekend. Only a slight chance of snow is expected with mostly cloudy conditions.
