Investigative reports show Chambers was arrested on Jan. 8 after Pocatello police officers were called to a bar on the 200 block of West Clark Street. Arriving officers were informed that a man in the bar, later identified as Chambers, had been involved in an altercation with another man. During the altercation, witnesses told officers Chambers pulled a knife on the other man, held him in a headlock and put the knife to his neck.
Officers noted a slice on the victim’s neck, police reports showed, but the victim denied medical treatment.
In addition to probation, Chambers has been ordered to pay $995.50 in fees and fines. He also received credit of 11 days for time served for any prison sentence that is enforced.
