Her husband needs a kidney transplant. A Secret Santa just helped make it one step closer to a reality

The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local Secret Santa give $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season.

Lilian Pyper is one of the most amazing, kindhearted humans you’ll ever meet. She’s the type of person that will give everything she has and expect nothing in return, even when she’s struggling. She doesn’t like to ask for help.

She is the principal of Inkom Elementary and had to move to Pocatello from Idaho Falls because she drives to Utah every Thursday through Sunday where her husband and daughter live.

Lily has been trying to get a principal job in Utah to be with her family. Her husband, Preston, has to live in Utah because he is in kidney failure and has to have his weekly doctor visits. He needs a transplant and they have to come up with the money to pay for the surgery and aftercare.

Lily also serves at Jaker’s to make enough cash for gas to see her family. She had to start serving just to try to help with medical debt but now it’s gas money.

Secret Santa asked if we could pay a visit to Lily and surprise her with some early Christmas gifts. Check out the video in the player above.
