Young man flown to hospital, 2 young women taken by ambulance following rollover crash near Burley

The following is a news release from Idaho State Police.
BURLEY — Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle rollover that occurred on Tuesday at 4:30 a.m., near the junction of Interstate 86 and Interstate 84, east of Burley.
A 2011 Chevy Cruze, driven by an 18-year-old female from Hansen, was traveling westbound on Interstate 86 when the vehicle left the roadway into the median and rolled.
The driver was wearing a seatbelt. The rear and front passengers were not wearing seatbelts.
The driver and rear passenger, a 19-year-old female from Hansen, were taken by ground ambulance to a local hospital. The third passenger, a 19-year-old male from Lanai City, Hawaii, was taken by air ambulance to a local hospital.
Idaho State Police was assisted by Cassia County Sheriff’s Office, Emergency Response Ambulance, East End Fire Department & QRU, Air St. Luke’s and Hendrickson’s Road Solutions.
This crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
