Musician Ryan Shupe answers 7 Questions with Emmy
Published atEvery week I’m interviewing exciting people from Idaho and around the world!
Ryan Shupe is the man behind Ryan Shupe and the RubberBand, a country bluegrass group that has been performing for more than two decades. The band will be in eastern Idaho for their Christmas show on Dec. 1 at Thunder Ridge High School and I had the pleasure of interviewing Ryan.
Here’s what I asked him:
- Where did you come up with the name Ryan Shupe and the RubberBand?
- You have some pretty unique music – like “The Corndog Song.” Where do you come up with the ideas for your music?
- What do you like best about performing live?
- What can we expect at your Christmas show on Dec. 1?
- If you could perform with any other artist, who would you choose?
- For someone who wants to learn to play the guitar or banjo, what’s the #1 thing they need to know?
- Can you share a piece of advice with me?
Tickets are available now for the Ryan Shupe and the RubberBand Christmas concert and you can get them here. Learn more about Ryan Shupe and the RubberBand here.
