Deputies looking for man who disappeared during Big Rock Fire evacuation

HEISE — Deputies are looking for a missing man after he reportedly ran away during an evacuation of his home due to the Big Rock Fire.
According to a news release from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, 64-year-old Robert Michael Quinn, known as Robbie, was last seen on Friday during the evacuation of homes, businesses and campgrounds from the Heise bridge to Kelly Canyon Ski Resort.
As of Tuesday morning, the fire was burning 2,204 acres in the Heise area and was 0% contained.

Quinn is about 5’11” tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
At the time he was last seen, Quinn’s head was shaved, and he was wearing tan sweatpants and no shirt. He was last seen in the vicinity of the Big Rock Fire evacuation area.
His current whereabouts are unknown, and there is concern for his welfare, the sheriff’s office said.
