IDAHO FALLS — Police are investigating after a person was found dead inside Guns N Gear in Idaho Falls.

Jessica Clements, the spokeswoman for the Idaho Falls Police Department, says officers are investigating what appears to be a suicide that took place around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday inside Guns N Gear, located at 1315 South Utah Avenue.

Clements says officers don’t believe there is any public safety concern related to this incident.

This is the second suicide to occur at Guns N Gear in recent history. A 27-year-old woman died of a self-inflicted gunshot in 2017.
