A Southwest Airlines flight attendant with 26 years in the skies falls 24 stories to her death during a routine layover in Hawaii.

Honolulu police have classified 50-year-old Jenny Lupton’s death as an “unattended death,” but her family says they have serious questions about what happened in the early morning hours of Aug. 20.

On Thursday, Jenny’s body was released to her family.

Tonight on “Courtroom Insider with Nate Eaton,” Samuel Lupton, Jenny’s nephew, joins Nate to discuss what the family has been told, why they’re searching for answers, and where the investigation stands.

What happened before Jenny fell? What have investigators told the family? How many agencies are involved, and why does her family believe there may be more to the story?

We break down what we know tonight on “Courtroom Insider.”
