(BOISE, ID) — Boise State University announced Tuesday that it will be increasing security measures at Albertsons Stadium. Metal detectors will be added and security will be checking bags. The school says the changes will make the game environment at Boise State safer.
For those looking forward to seeing the Broncos play in person this year, the school offered these tips for fans:
1. Bring a clear bag or no bag to the game.
2. Remember to leave prohibited items behind, including all weapons, alcohol, glass and coolers.
3. Don’t wait until just before kickoff to enter the stadium. The earlier you enter the quicker it will be.
