Deadly Tropical Cyclone Hits India
Published at(NEW DELHI) — A deadly tropical cyclone named Hudhud is pounding the eastern coast of India in the states of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh.
According to BBC News, there have been at least six fatalities.
With wind speeds of more than 120 miles per hour, over 300,000 people have been forced to evacuate. Authorities are worried about a storm surge that could possibly go up to 6.5 feet high, flooding the low-lying coastal areas.
