Woman Attacked by Mule Deer
Published at(WHITNEY) – A southeast Idaho woman is recovering after being attacked my a mule deer Friday morning. Sue Panter of Whtiney was taking a walk near her home when a young buck began running at her and began to gore her with his legs and antlers. Passerby Michael Vaughan and his daughter Alexis were able to fight the deer off and free the victim. Both were taken to a hospital in Preston and later released. An investigation is ongoing.
