School Board Chairman Frank Rash Dies of Cancer

(POCATELLO) – Administrators in the Pocatello-Chubbuck School District are mourning the loss of a friend and colleague. School board chairman Frank Rash died Sunday morning after a battle with cancer. Vice chairman John Sargent praised Rash’s service in the district, noting his “calming influence” when tough decisions needed to be made. Rash had worked on the board for five years.
