(PROVO, Utah) – Former Highland High School football star Taysom Hill led BYU to a near-flawless victory over Hawaii Friday night. Tyler Andersen has more. In what was Hill’s first start for the Cougars, the freshman quarterback racked up over 250 yards of total offense – including two touchdowns – before being pulled out of the game in the third quarter. The Cougars downed the Warriors 47-0 for a 3-2 record on the season. Hill took Highland to a state championship in 2008 and was initially recruited by Stanford. BYU squares off against Utah State this Friday in Provo.
