(WASHINGTON) — New research shows teenage drivers are more likely to nod off behind the wheel than older drivers.
AAA says younger drivers are more susceptible to sleep deprivation, and given the younger generation’s increasingly jammed schedule, are likely to be more sleep-deprived than seniors these days.
Research shows driving while sleep-deprived is just as much impairment as driving drunk.
