Man killed, juvenile taken to hospital following rollover crash near Caldwell

The following is a news release from Idaho State Police.
Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle fatality crash on Highway 20 at Racetrack Drive, just north of Caldwell, that occurred Monday at 7:47 a.m.
A 38-year-old man from Parma was traveling eastbound on Highway 20 in a 2004 Dodge Truck. The driver was passing slower traffic in the opposite lane of travel and merged back into the eastbound lane when he left the roadway.
The vehicle rolled and came to rest off the right shoulder of the roadway. The driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash. A juvenile passenger was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.
This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
