Lamb Weston hiring over 100 new employees starting at $18 an hour

AMERICAN FALLS — Frozen potato giant Lamb Weston is expanding its workforce, with plans to hire more than 100 new employees at its American Falls production facility by the end of 2025.
The company is seeking operators, technicians, and other full-time team members to support growing production needs. Starting pay begins at $18 an hour or higher, with full-time employees eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
To help fill the positions, Lamb Weston is hosting a hiring fair on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mountain View Event Center in Pocatello.
Attendees can meet recruiters, explore open roles, and even interview on the spot. Job offers will be made during the event.
