Pope Francis’ Candid Confession

Speaking about his Catholic faith, he said in Italian to more than 50,000 people, “All of us have experienced confusion, insecurities and doubts, including me.”
“This is part of the faith and it shouldn’t surprise us as we are human beings,” he said.
The pope’s comments come just as photos of him with a 6-year-old orphan from Colombia are going viral; the little boy hugged the pope, played with his cross, and even hung out in his chair for 20 minutes.
