Internet outage affecting some schools in Idaho Falls

IDAHO FALLS — An internet outage is disrupting service at several locations on the west side of town, including Ethel Boyes Elementary School, Eagle Rock Middle School, Skyline High School and Idaho Falls School District 91 Transportation.
District officials say both internet and office phone systems are currently down.
Idaho Falls Power is investigating the issue and confirmed that utility work was underway in the affected area, D91 said in a news release. Crews are working with the district to restore service as quickly as possible.
Transportation services are expected to run on schedule, but families may have trouble reaching transportation staff or school offices by phone. Urgent calls should be directed to the Idaho Falls School District 91 Main Office at (208) 525-7500.
