Published at | Updated atREXBURG – An evacuation order is in place for those living near the Maze Fire west of Rexburg.
The 900-acre blaze started around 3:45 p.m. on U.S. Bureau of Land Management property near Beaver Dick Park and the Unified Sportsmen’s Club shooting range at 9029 West Idaho Highway 33.

The cause has not been determined, as of 8:30 p.m. Monday, but firefighters from multiple agencies are working to put it out.
