A new trial for Bryan Kohberger? | When postpartum becomes deadly

Bryan Kohberger says he is innocent and wants a new trial, even though he pleaded guilty last summer to killing four University of Idaho students.

Is his request legitimate? Could he get a new trial? Tonight on “Courtroom Insider,” Prosecuting Attorney Rob Wood joins Nate Eaton to talk about Kohberger’s petition.

Then, postpartum depression, psychosis and mental illness are in the spotlight as Lindsay Clancy’s trial begins.

Eric Dyches knows about those issues as well as anyone. After he and his wife, Emily, celebrated the birth of their fifth child, she was diagnosed and treated for postpartum depression and anxiety for several months.

But then, while riding as a passenger in a car on the freeway, she suffered a major panic attack, jumped out and was hit and killed by a semitruck.

Eric joins Nate to talk about the tragedy and how he is working to raise awareness for moms and dads everywhere.
