We recently received an email about a man who works at Sam’s Club in Idaho Falls. It said:
Michael is one of the kindest most caring people I have ever met. He works at Sam’s, helping people with their check out. He assists Sam’s check out staff, helping them when they have problems, and helping customers when they have problems checking out. He is amazingly courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I absolutely love being around him. He is one of the kindest and most courteous people I have ever met. I have no idea what his last name is.
