According to a news release from the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Idaho, Taralynn Kathleen Bosco, 48, of Rexburg, and Stanley Richard Walton, 82, of Chubbuck, are alleged to have voted in the 2022 general election, even though they were not United States citizens.
The two cases are not related. Each is charged with one count of voting by an alien, which is a class A misdemeanor.
Bosco and Walton are scheduled for initial court appearances on Oct. 26 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Debora K. Grasham of the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.
