Moose Cause I-15 Accident

(INKOM, ID) – Four people were hospitalized early Friday following a three-car crash along I-15 near Inkom. Idaho State Police say at least two moose wandered onto the freeway late Thursday night, causing two direct collisions, and third involving a moose carcass. The occupants of all three vehicles were wearing seat belts, and none of those affected suffered life-threatening injuries. Both north and southbound lanes were delayed for about three hours until the wreckage could be cleaned up.
