Heidi Farnsworth Bacon, 54, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 31, 2026, at her home.

Heidi was born October 10, 1971, in Bountiful, Utah, to Eugene Clifford Farnsworth and LaReta Kemp Farnsworth. She grew up and attended schools in Utah and graduated from Dixie High School. She also attended Dixie State College.

On May 15, 1999, she married William Patrick Bacon in Zion National Park, Utah. Heidi and William made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho where she worked as a district manager for Burger King (HBBOYS LC).

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed reading, camping, RZR-ing, serving others, and spending time with her family. She was obsessed with her 13 grandkids!

Heidi is survived by her husband, William Bacon of Idaho Falls, ID; mother, LaReta Farnsworth of St. George, UT; daughter, Terri (Skyler) Rockwood of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Tiffany (Kelly) Humphries of Las Vegas, NV; son, Johnnie (Amber) Huddleston of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Trisha (Jordan) Powell of Idaho Falls, ID; nephew, Zachary (Keeara) Bacon of Idaho Falls, ID; and siblings, Helen (Sid) Peterson, Suzann Farnsworth, Dewey Farnsworth, Alma (Carrie) Farnsworth, Jeanine (Robert) Nilsen, Christine Farnsworth, Richard (Heather) Farnsworth, Clifford (Tressie) Farnsworth, Rachael (Cory) Hughes, Paul (Janeane) Farnsworth, and Anthony (Shauna) Farnsworth; and 13 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Farnsworth; nephew, Devin Shuput; grandmother, Helene Clifford; grandfather, Dewey Farnsworth; and grandparents, Alma and Ida Quigley Kemp.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Orvin Ward, 6925 N. 15th E., with Bishop Eric Haroldsen officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:30-8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and Saturday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery.
