Rosalind Gay Taylor
June 23rd, 1936 - June 18th, 2026
Rosalind Gay Anderson Taylor, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2026, at her home in Terreton, Idaho. Rosalind was born June 23, 1936, to Ivan F and Grace Thelma Crabtree Anderson in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Rosalind married Theo Taylor on June 17, 1955, in the Idaho Falls Temple. Together they have 8 children: Diann (Steve, deceased) Ozburn, Renee (Earl) Bradford, Vicki (Steve) Vadnais, Sandra (Kirt) Hansen, Fawn (Kirk) Robins, Ivan (Angie) Taylor, Kevin Taylor, and Grace Ann (Tate) Russell.
Rosalind was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a follower of Jesus Christ, she had opportunity over her lifetime to serve others. She has served as a Relief Society President, Primary Teacher, Scout Leader, Family History Consultant and Temple Worker.
Rosalind was artistic with so many different talents. She was a painter, sewer, quilter, and worked with stained glass, and wood. Besides her favorite job as homemaker, mother and grandmother, she decorated for weddings, did photography, and was a top salesman for Home and Garden Party.
Rosalind is survived by her loving family; Diann Ozburn of Terreton, ID, Renee (Earl) Bradford of Idaho Falls, ID, Vicki (Steve) Vadnais of Rigby, ID, Sandra (Kirt) Hansen of Monteview, ID, Fawn (Kirk) Robins of Terreton, ID, Grace Ann (Tate) Russell of Terreton, ID, Ivan (Angie) Taylor of West Richland, WA, Kevin Taylor of Terreton, ID, and a sister, Karen Fowler of Rigby, ID. She has thirty grandchildren, sixty-nine great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren with one on the way. Two Sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Rosalind was preceded in death by her parents. Her husband, Clyve Theo Taylor. Son-in-law, Steve Osburn, grandson, Hagen Robins and in-laws, Clyve and Edna Taylor as well as five brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law.
A funeral service will be held, Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 11:00 am, in the Terreton Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:45 am, followed by the interment in the West Jefferson Memorial Cemetery.
