Pocatello Getting Semi-Pro Baseball Team

(POCATELLO, ID) – Pocatello is getting a semi-professional baseball team. The Gate City Grays could be cracking bats at Halliwell Park this summer, provided that a schedule can be arranged with the American Legion. Terry Fredrickson, who has been making arrangements for the team to play, says the Grays are just below the minor leagues and will help energize the community during the summer. Pocatello hasn’t had a semi-pro baseball team since 1993.
