Standoff Ends in Apparent Suicide

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho (AP) – State police say an autopsy determined that a man found dead in his ex-wife’s Coeur d’Alene home after an hours-long standoff with police died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Troopers say the Kootenai County coroner’s office had finished its autopsy of 37-year-old John David Crispin. He was found dead Sunday inside the home.
