(POCATELLO, ID) – For the first time since 1999, Idaho State University’s football team has remained undefeated in its first two games. ISU brought down Western State-Colorado 29-3 Saturday afternoon at Holt Arena. Quarterback Justin Arias threw for 429 yards and two touchdowns while West Side graduate Mitch Beckstead led the Bengals’ defensive game with nine tackles. ISU is headed out of town to take on the University of Washington this Saturday
