American Man Missing in Mexico Found Dead

Popartic/iStock/Thinkstock(MEXICO CITY) — An American missing for days in central Mexico is believed to be dead.
On Friday, the U.S. State Department that it was aware of reports that a U.S. citizen was reported missing in Mexico. “The U.S. embassy is working closely with the family, supporting Mexican authorities, and providing all possible consular assistance,” a statement on Friday read.
The Washington Post reports that the man, Hari Simran, was found dead. Simran was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and lived in Leesburg, Va.
