Man Identified in Police Shooting Death

Rexburg, Idaho — Police have identified the man who was shot to death by police over the weekend after he tried to rob a Rexburg drug store. Authorities say Daryl Myler of Driggs fired first as he was fleeing the store Saturday.
No officers or bystanders were hurt, however, a Brigham Young University-Idaho student reported a stray bullet from the exchange went through his window.
