Authorities Investigating Mysterious Drones over Paris

iStock/Thinkstock(PARIS) — Paris officials are investigating a rash of mysterious drones that have appeared over the city’s landmarks, including the U.S. Embassy, Eiffel Tower and The Bastille.
The most recent drone appearance happened Tuesday night, with sightings in five locations.
Authorities are still trying to seek out who is piloting the drones and why.
Piloting drones at night in Paris is illegal and requires a permit for use during daytime hours.
