Darren Sharper, former safety for the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints, made deals with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges in Arizona and California.

Sharper is expected to plead guilty to similar charges in Louisiana and Nevada later in the week.

In all cases, Sharper is accused of drugging and then sexually assaulting women.

In the California case alone, Sharper is expected to be sentenced to 20 years in prison, but all of his sentences are expected to run concurrently in federal prison.

Sharper’s attorney said Monday with credit and time off, Sharper will likely have to serve only about 9 years.
