Mike Pence signed a clarified version of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act on Thursday afternoon, “fixing” an issue that critics said allowed for discrimination against LGBT members of the Indiana community, Angie’s List CEO Bill Oesterle says the fix is not enough.

“Our position is that this ‘fix’ is insufficient,” Oesterle said in a statement, according to ABC affiliate WRTV in Indianapolis. “There was no repeal of RFRA and no end to discrimination of homosexuals in Indiana.”

Oesterle, who had previously withdrawn a proposal to expand its Indianapolis campus out of opposition to the original law, signed last week, noted that employers in much of the state can fire a person for their sexual orientation. “That’s just not right and that’s the real issue here,” he said.

“Our employees deserve to live, work and travel with open accomodations in any part of the state.”
