Arrests Made Following Deadly Kenya Terror Attack
Published at(GARISSA, Kenya) — Kenyan authorities said on Saturday they have arrested five people in connection with the attack by the Al Shabab militant group on a university campus that left close to 150 people dead.
Cleaning crews are beginning to arrive at Garissa University College, the site of the deadly terror attack which killed 147 people on Thursday.
Medical staff say they have also found a survivor hiding in a cupboard, two days after the attack.
Al Shabab, which is tied to Al Qaeda, has vowed in a statement that Kenyan cities will run with blood.
