Netanyahu Voices Disapproval with Iranian Nuclear Agreement
Published at(JERUSALEM) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu voiced his disapproval on Friday of the Iranian nuclear agreement.
What makes the framework agreement so dangerous, according to Netanyahu, is that he believes it doesn’t destroy Iran’s capacity to build nuclear weapons.
As per terms of the deal, not one centrifuge will be destroyed, and not one nuclear facility will be shut down.
“In a few years, the deal would remove the restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program, enabling Iran to have a massive enrichment capacity that it could use to produce many nuclear bombs in a matter of months,” he said on Friday.
President Obama claims the deal would extend Iran’s so-called “break out time” to the bomb to one full year, but Netanyahu disagrees.
