Pete Rose To Join Fox As A Baseball Analyst

iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Baseball’s all-time hits leader is joining Fox Sports as a baseball analyst.
Officials at the Fox network have announced they will hire Pete Rose as a guest analyst for MLB of Fox pregame show and several of the networks cable sports programs.
Rose, who recently filed for reinstatement to the game with new commissioner Rob Manfred, has been banned from baseball since 1989 for betting on games.
The 74-year-old Rose feels he he should make a natural transition to the studio as he hosted a nationally syndicated radio program for about eight years. He also feels that his critiques will be honest and fair.
