Sunday Marks Another White House Fence Jumper

iStock/Thinkstock(WASHINGTON) — Another day, another White House fence jumper.
The Secret Service says an individual climbed over the White House fence on the south side of the executive mansion around 10:25 Sunday night.
The individual was immediately arrested by uniformed members of the Secret Service. Charges are pending.
Last Thursday, the U.S. Commission on Fine Arts, which advises the government on aesthetics and design, approved the installation of metal spikes on the top of the White House perimeter fence until a more permanent solution can be designed and installed.
A week ago, the White House was placed on lockdown for a brief time after a four-year-old boy breached a barricade outside the executive mansion.
Last September, an Iraq war vet with a small knife in his pocket jumped the White House fence and made it deep inside the executive mansion.
