Dog dies in Idaho Falls house fire
Published at | Updated atIDAHO FALLS — A dog died following a house fire on the 300 block of West 16th St. Friday afternoon.
The fire started around 1:20 p.m. and multiple crews responded. Children living next door to the home tried to put the fire out with garden hoses.
Nobody was injured in the fire but crews pulled the dog from the home and placed an oxygen mask on the animal.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.
