“It’s such a great honor to have her join us for this production,” conductor Ben Watson tells EastIdahoNews.com. “We will feature some beautiful Christmas carols and it will be wonderful to have our children’s choir perform on stage with her children.”

A volunteer orchestra consisting of community members will also be part of the program that will include a variety of traditional and contemporary Christmas songs.

The Rexburg Children’s Choir was formed in February and consists of kids from across eastern Idaho between the ages of 6-18. Earlier this year, the group recorded a music video singing the popular LDS children’s song My Heavenly Father Loves Me. It has been seen hundreds of thousands of times on Facebook, YouTube and other social media channels.

Tickets for the concert are $10 and can be purchased by clicking here.

More information about the production can be found on the event’s Facebook page.
