New medical spa opening in Rigby

RIGBY – A new medical spa is now open in our area and is conveniently located in Rigby. Doctor Tiffany Spaulding, a Family Practice physician wanted to bring local access to high-end medical spa services and created Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa.
Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa is a place to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.
“Relaxation and healing should not be something we do only when we’re ill or injured,” stated Dr. Spaulding. “In a healthy lifestyle, healing is an ongoing process, but without dedicating the time to “reset”, it’s impossible for the body and mind to renew.”
Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa combines medicine, aesthetic care and offers a relaxing environment to patients. Dr. Spaulding emphasizes that, “this is not a medical spa for the elite, but a place for the modern day mom or dad. Everyone deserves a little “recharge time.”
Many of the services being offered are exclusive to Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa and include a revolutionary pain relief treatment, heat-based body contouring, acne and skin treatments, as well as men’s health options.
Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa will be holding a public Open House, Tuesday, November 27th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Attendees are welcome to tour the facility, see first-hand demonstrations of the equipment, enter to win some great raffle prizes, take advantage of special event pricing, meet Dr. Spaulding and enjoy light refreshments.
