White Pine Charter School cancels classes through Wednesday
AMMON — Another school has announced they are canceling classes this week.
School is canceled for students at White Pine Charter School in Ammon through Wednesday, due to illness.
“We will be canceling classes tomorrow and Wednesday due to a continued high amount of students who are absent or who have been absent, but are coming back to school even though they are still sick,” says District Superintendent Jeremy Clarke.
School will resume on Thursday, Feb 7.
Parent/teacher conferences were scheduled to take place on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday. That will still be taking place.
Numerous other schools throughout eastern Idaho have canceled classes as well.
