A Secret Santa is back and this Christmas is bigger than ever!

The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local man gift more than $500,000 this holiday season. A lot more. Secret Santa is a real person who wants to remain anonymous and hopes to help as many individuals in our community as he can.

Helena is a single mother of eight children. She placed one for adoption as a teenager and has since reconnected with him after he turned 18.

She works full-time as a dispatcher at the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, cleans cabins in Island Park and reserves for the Madison County Jail. On top of all of this, she makes time to support her children at all their events. Helena volunteers for Shop with a Cop and is considered the peacemaker of the office. She is always willing to go above and beyond.

Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to visit Helena while she was working and give her some special gifts. Watch the video above to see the surprise!
