Police offering $500 reward in graffiti case
Published at | Updated atREXBURG — Rexburg investigators are offering a $500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects involved in a string of graffiti incidents.
The Rexburg Police Department released images of the graffiti Tuesday in hopes that someone will recognize the image or handwriting and lead detectives to those responsible. According to a department news release, the graffiti has left damage to several properties, including Latter-day Saint churches and trailers.
“We believe it is the same person,” Rexburg Police Assistant Chief Gary Hagen told EastIdahoNews.com.
Police blurred out a portion of the image that contain profanity or explicit imagery.
If anyone has information about the case, they are asked to contact the Rexburg Police Department at (208) 359-3000. Tipsters can remain anonymous, according to Rexburg Police.
