CODY, Wyoming — Police are investigating after landscapers discovered human remains in Cody, Wyoming, Monday morning.

The Cody Police Department reports landscapers working on a home east of Yellowstone National Park’s eastern entrance discovered the partial human remains. Officers were called to the house on Sunset Boulevard around 10 a.m.

“With the assistance of Park County Search and Rescue cadaver canine, additional remains were located near the bottom of Sulfer Creek,” Cody Police said in a news release Tuesday.

Investigators have not identified the remains but say at this time there is no indication of criminal activity.
