Idaho Falls donut shop damaged in three-vehicle crash

IDAHO FALLS — Daylight Donuts on 17th Street was the site of a three-vehicle wreck Friday evening. No one was seriously injured, police said.
The call reporting the crash came in at about 8:15 p.m., according to Lt. Robert Lasher, PIO for the Idaho Falls Police Department.
A vehicle driving east on 17th St. attempted to turn north on Juniper Street when the crash occurred, Lasher told EastIdahoNews.com. The driver didn’t yield to an oncoming vehicle and hit it.
After being struck, the second vehicle hit a third car, which was parked, and damaged part of the Daylight Donuts building.
The Idaho Falls Police Department and Idaho Falls Fire both responded. There were only minor injuries received, and no one was taken to the hospital.
