Man rushed to hospital after motorcycle crash in Idaho Falls

IDAHO FALLS — Police are on the scene of a serious motorcycle crash on 1st Street near North Freeman Avenue in front of Bowlero.
The crash happened shortly before 5:30 p.m. The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved and the driver was rushed to the hospital with injuries, according to the Idaho Falls Police Department.
As of 6:30 p.m., 1st Street is closed between North Freeman Avenue and Ronglyn Avenue. The public is asked to avoid the area.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
