Man killed in fiery rollover crash in western Idaho

CALDWELL — Idaho State Police are investigating a single-vehicle fatality crash that occurred on Muller Drive between Park Hill Lane and Sunrise Lane in Caldwell.
The crash occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 2:20 a.m., according to an ISP news release.
Troopers say a white 2024 Jeep Wrangler, driven by a 39-year-old male from Elgin, Texas, was eastbound on Muller Drive when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle went off the roadway, where it overturned and caught fire.
The driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash, according to the release.
The Idaho State Police was assisted by the Caldwell Police Department, the Caldwell Fire Department, Canyon County Paramedics, and the Canyon County Coroner’s Office.
