They refused to take her money. Then we surprised them for Feel Good Friday.

We recently received an email about some employees of a glass company who helped a woman in need. It said:
About a month ago on my day off after going to two doctor appointments, I decided to visit my father-in-law at his assisted living home. After the visit, I got in my car and was shocked to see that my rearview mirror was dangling and there was a huge circular chip on the inside of my windshield. I tried to call the windshield place I usually go to, but you could only make an appointment online. It was after 2 p.m. and I needed my mirror fixed ASAP because I had to work at 8:00 the next morning. I work with disabled adults and often need to drive them places.
I called Ritchie Auto Glass and they said to come right over. There were two men working and I forgot to get their names. They said they could replace the windshield right then, or simply re-attach the mirror a few inches over. I chose the second option because money has been tight for me lately. The men refused to charge me. They were both so kind, understanding and helpful. They saved my day!
