Deputies had been in a car chase with Collins after he fled from a traffic stop, but he successfully evaded them.
They later found his truck near a campsite, but did not locate Collins in the area.
According to newly filed court documents, Collins was located on Wednesday at a bowling alley in Salmon. He was arrested and booked into the Lemhi County Jail.
A waiver of extradition was signed, allowing him to be sent back to Oregon to face charges there.
Though Collins has been charged with these crimes, it does not necessarily mean he committed them. Everyone is presumed innocent until they are proven guilty.
